The chalet is in Mühlbach am Hochkönig at a height of almost 1,200 meters. There are hardly any other chalets further up the slope: countless hiking trails, a lift to the adjacent ski resort and an unforgettable view of the Hochkönig massif are in the immediate vicinity. Where the vastness of the forest extends behind the chalet, before you lie the wide sweeping valley with a breathtaking view of the mountain ranges opposite and the village of Mühlbach.

Dienten and Maria Alm are quickly and easily accessible by car or public transport. Since the Hochkönig Card is included, you can use public transport free of charge during your stay.

ROUTE
HOW TO GET HERE?
As already mentioned, the Chalét Bergkönig lies on a slope with nothing but forest behind you and an unforgettable view of the mountain range in front of you. This distinguishes the Chalét from all other accommodation facilities in the region. However, this also means that you have to accept a few minutes more driving time and additional bends in the road. But don’t worry: the roads are cleared in winter. Nevertheless, we recommend you have snow chains at least in the boot of your vehicle, as for any winter holiday. As you can see: there is really snow in Mühlbach am Hochkönig. Let the winter holiday begin!
