The Chalét Bergkönig offers you a place to relax and take your mind off your busy, restless everyday life. A place deeply connected to nature. The Chalét is situated in a prime location in Mühlbach am Hochkönig. Ideal in winter for skiing in Austria’s largest ski area, Ski Amadé. Ideal in summer for exploring the beautiful nature around the Hochkönig. On foot, by bike, with the children and the family. There is something for everyone.

Besides spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, you can expect a Swiss stone pine sauna and a high-quality, fully equipped kitchen as well as a living and dining area (including a panoramic fireplace) that leaves you speechless. Snuggle up in the cosy sofas in winter and enjoy the view of the opposite mountain range or sunbathe on the spacious balconies in summer.

BALCONY
There is a balcony on both floors of the chalet. So you can have a view of the mountains from every bedroom. And on sunny days you can simply have breakfast on the balcony and enjoy the start of the day with a great view and fresh air.
SAUNA
After a long hike or a strenuous day of skiing, our Swiss stone pine sauna is a welcome relaxation. Switch the sauna on and your head off and make yourself a wonderful end of the day.
SKI ROOM
Our ski room is accessible from the outside via a side door and from there you enter the chalet. Simply put down your ski boots and equipment without stress and get back into dry ski boots from the ski boot dryer the next day.
SOFA CORNER
TV evening, reading evening or just sitting on the sofa and just watching the fire. Decide for yourself how you want to end the day.
ROUTE
HOW TO GET HERE?
As already mentioned, the Chalét Bergkönig lies on a slope with nothing but forest behind you and an unforgettable view of the mountain range in front of you. This distinguishes the Chalét from all other accommodation facilities in the region. However, this also means that you have to accept a few minutes more driving time and additional bends in the road. But don’t worry: the roads are cleared in winter. Nevertheless, we recommend you have snow chains at least in the boot of your vehicle, as for any winter holiday. As you can see: there is really snow in Mühlbach am Hochkönig. Let the winter holiday begin!
