HIGHLIGHT-WEEKS
During the Highlight weeks the minimum stay is one week, from Saturday to Saturday.
An overnight stay in this period costs € 750.00 / night (gross).
Highlight weeks are the weeks around and over Christmas and New Year.
PEAK SEASON
The minimum stay is one week and we differentiate between summer and winter peak season.
An overnight stay in the winter peak season costs € 550.00 / night (gross),
in the summer peak season € 450.00 / night (gross)
LOW SEASON
An overnight stay during this period costs € 400.00 / night (gross).
ALL OTHER COSTS AT A GLANCE!
The deposit amounts to € 600,00 during peak, high and low season.
The cleaning fee is € 300,00. In addition, € 1,55 tourist tax per person must be paid.
The tourist tax is listed and paid separately for legal reasons.

Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m.
Check-Out must be completed by 10:00 a.m.
ANIMALS
As much as we value human’s best friend ourselves, we do not allow dogs or
any other animal in the chalet. We ask you to respect this. In the event of non-compliance,
we unfortunately have to recover any costs that may arise (e.g. additional costs) from the deposit.
SMOKING
We consider the chalet to be a smoke-free zone, including the balcony.
We also ask you to respect this. In the event of non-compliance, we must
also recover any costs that may arise (e.g. additional cleaning) from the deposit.
